Quarantine means staying in the hotel or at home for 14 days. During this time you should leave the building you are in as little as possible - only in urgent cases. For example if you need to see a doctor. Avoid going shopping often, you can ask someone to bring you something. If you are in quarantine, do not go to work. You should wash your hands very often and thoroughly. It is also helpful to air the rooms often. Furthermore, social contact should be reduced - otherwise keep your distance! This also includes relatives, friends and acquaintances. No visits should take place during this time.
