The aim of the project is to support Ludwigshafen pupils with their individual potential and to assist their transition into the education system and their subsequent employment. Sustainable school development at Realschulen plus in intended above all to improve the opportunities of adolscents with potential educational disadvantages.

What does that mean in concrete terms?

In the pilot project Education Y will support the Realschule plus at Ebertpark and the Grund- und Realschule plus Friesenheim over the next five years in working out their individual school development process and anchoring it in the school poeration in the long term. On the one hand the schools work on structural changes and innovative pedagogical concepts within the school and are supported by external coaching and training. The Anne-Frank-Realschule plus is also involved in the scientific monitoring. #WirGestaltenSchule offers a holistic school development that involves all target groups of the school - the students, the staff, the school management, the parents and the environment.
