In the thematic workshop "Health" there was intesive discussed about the possibilities of conveying reliable information in a targeted manner to various migrant communities. The central question was at which (intersection) point it would make sense to switch from technology-supported, standardised communication to indivudual interaction from person to person. A centralized communication of secure and generally valid information was generally viewed positively but an empathetic and possibly mother-tongue communication on the very concrete personal level is also indispensable.
