If you have no health insurance and no papers, there are organisations that can help you anyway. If you are ill, you can call them. They will help you find a doctor or hospital that can treat you even without health insurance.

On of those organisations is MediNetz Rhein-Neckar. They work as an intermediary that enables people without health insurance to access medical care anonymously and free of charge. The service is aimed at all people, regardless of their origin or residence status, who are denied or access to medical care or have difficulties obtaining it.

After establishing contact (by telephone or e-mail), MediNetz organises appointments with cooperating doctors or hospitals who treat patients free of charge or at a reduced rate. MediNetz finances the costs through donations.
